Set Up the After Action Review Board Standard Icon

To set up the After Action Review Board in WebEOC Nexus

  1. Import the board.

  2. Create a feature group and assign the board to the group for user access.

  3. When adding or editing the board for a group, enter this information.

  4. After Action Review updates by version
    Field Description Valid Values or Example

    Default Label

    The name for this board as you want it to appear in the menu.

    Any combination of up to 200 alphanumeric characters, excluding special characters.

    Input

    The view, which allows you to add records to the board, that you want to assign to the feature group.

    Input views are mainly assigned using board permissions and this field is left as None.

    None.

    Display

    The view, which appears when a board is opened, that you want to assign to the feature group.

    Select one of the following:

    • List - After Actions: Lists after action records in tabular format with links to other views that are available according to board permissions.

    • Dashboard: Summarizes AAR totals in a graphical display.

    Device Type

    Indicates the type of device on which the board is primarily intended for display.  

    Select one of the following:

    • Desktop

    • Mobile

    • Desktop and Mobile

    View Filters

    Determines what data is visible on the board. Unlike the filter/search feature that can be added to a board, which helps you find data, the view filters limit the visibility of the data. 

    No need to add or adjust these.

    Board Permissions Tags

    Identifies the actions members of the feature group are able to perform on the board.

    Select one or more of the following:

    • Create AAR: Create new records.

    • Update AAR: Update records.

    • Delete AAR: Delete records.

    • Create Comment: Create new comments.

    • Update Comment: Update comments.

    • Delete Comment: Delete comments.

    • Corrective Action Manager: Manage records and assign them to the improvement plan.

    • View After Actions (Global): View AAR records for all incidents.

    • View Improvement Plan: View improvement plan records.

    • View Improvement Plan (Global): View improvement plan records for all incidents.

  5. Click Save.
