Set Up Air and Cruise Board
To set up this board, you must have:
-
Air and Cruise Board with a valid license key (or pass-through data license)
-
Board Data Manager installer
The Air and Cruise board includes numerous default input views, display views, and tables that feature complex relationships for sharing data across the module. For this reason, we recommend that you not modify the default input and display views. If you want to make changes to the default views, you are encouraged to contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) to arrange the work with our Professional Services team. Alternatively, you can add display views to assist with capturing the data you need to view and report on.

When you assign the boards to a feature group, assign the appropriate display views and permissions; otherwise, users may not have access to the correct information. Board permissions tags allow you to grant or deny access to sections and features. Any portion of the board's HTML that resides inside that tag is regulated by it. If you assign that permission tag to a feature group, the feature group has access to the feature governed by that tag. For each feature group, you can control the type of access, such as read, write, or delete. If you do not assign the tag to a group, the feature, such as an edit control, is hidden from all users in that feature group.

Board Permissions Tags |
Identifies what actions users are able to perform on the board. The Air and Cruise board includes two sets of predefined permission tags that allow you to assign access by editing information to one feature group while hiding edit controls from a feature group to which you grant read-only access. One set applies to Passenger Data and the other set applies to Team Manager. |
