Set Up the Contact Tracing Board 
To set up the Contact Tracing Board

Create a feature group and assign the board to the feature group for user access.

When you add or edit the board for a feature group, enter this information.

Check In - List: Lists all employee records.

Check In - User Single Record View: Displays all check-in records for the current employee.

Tracking Person - List: Lists all employees that are being tracked.

List - Request: Restricts the list view to only records created by or assigned to the current position.

List - Request - Agency: Restricts the list view to only records created by or assigned to the current position.

Employees - View: Allows you to view the Employee List portion of the board.

Employee History - View: Allows you to view Employee History List portion of the board.

Facilities - View: Allows you to view facilities portion of the board.

Delete: Allows you to hide (not delete) employee records from views using filters.

Management: Allows you to add new employees.

Create: Allows you to create tracking or call records.

Edit: Allows you to update tracking or call records.

Delete Person: Allows you to hide (not delete) employee tracking records from views using filters.

Click Save.
