Set Up the Nuclear Boards Industry Board icon

Industry boards require a license key to import. Once they are imported, they cannot be exported. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) for more information.

The Nuclear Board Set addresses specific use cases in conjunction with the standard boards.

To set up the boards

  1. Import the board.

  2. Create a feature group and assign the board to the feature group for user access. When you add or edit the board for a feature group, enter the following information:

    Default Label

    The name for this board as you want it to appear in the menu.

    Any combination of up to 200 alphanumeric characters, excluding special characters.

    Input

    The view, which allows you to add records to the board, that you want to assign to the feature group.

    Input views are assigned using board permissions. This field is left as None.

    None.

    Display

    The view, which appears when a board is opened, that you want to assign to the feature group.

    Select one assignable display view as defined below.

    Device Type

    Indicates the type of device on which the board is primarily intended for display.

    Select one of the following options:

    • Desktop

    • Mobile

    • Desktop and Mobile

    View Filters

    Determines what data is visible on the board. Unlike the filter/search feature that can be added to a board, which helps you find data, the view filters limit the visibility of the data.

    If applicable, select a filter according to the board specifications.

    Board Permissions Tags

    Identifies what actions users are able to perform on the board.

    Select one or more permissions according to the board specifications.

  3. Click Save.

Event Reporting

  • Activity List Log: Displays activity log records created by any user assigned to the current position.

  • Controller Review List: Displays all records and allows designated controllers to manage significant events.

  • Significant Events List: Displays all records designated as “Significant Events.”

  • Dashboard: Summarizes significant event record totals on a dashboard view.

  • Delete: Remove records from a list view

  • Controller:

    • Set the approval status for significant event records

    • Enable/disable the controller review

    • Set the significant events time filter

  • Edit Description History: Edit the description history within individual records

Plant Priorities

  • Priority List: Displays priorities records, sorted by completion and priority level.

  • Priority Projection View: Displays priorities records with limited information. This view is ideal for large screens.

  • Template List: Displays template records. Use these records to create priorities more efficiently.

  • Update: Update and reorder records

  • Delete: Remove records from a list view

  • Templates:

    • Access the Templates tab

    • Create, update, and delete templates

  • Configuration:

    • Enable/disable priority position assignment.

    • Enable/disable the priority level number on list views.

    • Rename the priorities list header.

Plant Status

  • Plant Status List: Displays all plants in a list format.

  • Plant Status Cards: Displays up to two plants at once in a card-style view. This view is ideal for large screens.

  • Plant Status Dashboard: Summarizes plant record totals on a dashboard view.
