Set Up the Project Management Board 
When prompted, you must enter your Premium Board Subscription License Key.
To set up the Project Management Board

Create a feature group and assign the board to the feature group for user access.

When you add or edit the board for a feature group, enter this information.
Project Management configuation Field Description Valid Values Default Label The name for this board as you want it to appear in the menu. Any combination of up to 200 alphanumeric characters, excluding special characters. Input The view, which allows you to add records to the board, that you want to assign to the feature group.
Input views are mainly assigned using board permissions and this field is left as None.
None. Display The view, which appears when a board is opened, that you want to assign to the feature group. Select the suggested view: List – Projects

Device Type Indicates the type of device on which the board is primarily intended for display. Select one of the following options:

View Filters Determines what data is visible on the board. Unlike the filter/search feature that can be added to a board, which helps you find data, the view filters limit the visibility of the data. None.
Board Permissions Tags Identifies what actions users are able to perform on the board. Select one of the following options:

Admin - Settings: allows users to configure default options for all users.

Admin - Templates: allows users to view and manage templates.

Attachments - Delete: allows users to delete Attachments from Project and Task records.

Comments - Create: allows users to create Comments on Project and Task records.

Comments - Delete: allows users to delete Comments from Project and Task records.

Comments - Update: allows users to edit Comments on Project and Task records.

Contributors - Delete: allows users to delete Contributor records.

Contributors - Edit: allows users to update Contributor records.

Gantt Chart - Edit: allows users to edit records via the Gantt charts. Requires the Gantt Chart - View.

Gantt Chart - View: allows users to view Gantt charts on project pages.

Kanban - Views: allows the user to access Kanban views for the management of records.

Projects - Create: allows users to create new Project records.

Projects - Delete: allows users to delete Project records.

Projects - Update: allows users to edit Project records.

Tasks - Create: allows users to create new Task records.

Tasks - Delete: allows users to delete Task records.
