There are many assignable views, which offers great flexibility when you want a group of people to view deployment records, for example, or only see report views. However, if a group needs permissions to the requests view and another list view or the dashboard, the assigned view should be either List - Request or List - Request - Agency.

    • Dashboard: Summarizes request/task totals and inventory, deployments, and costs.

    • List - Deployment: Lists all deployment records.

    • List - Deployment - Agency: Lists deployment records filtered by the RID - Agency process permission.

    • List - Finance: Lists all finance records.

    • List - Finance - Agency: Lists finance records filtered by the RID - Agency process permission.

    • List - Inventory: Lists all inventory records.

    • List - Inventory - Agency: Lists inventory records filtered by the RID - Agency process permission.

    • List - Request: Lists all requests records.

    • List - Request - Agency: Lists requests records filtered by the RID - Agency process permission.

    • Report - Request: Read-only list of deployment records with extensive search options for generating reports.

    • Warehouse - Start: Mobile-first view that focuses on scanning inventory barcodes.

Assign this view to enable RID's Warehouse feature. This feature is designed to be used primarily on mobile devices but is compatible with all supported devices connected to an HD video camera.

Device Type Indicates the type of device on which the board is primarily intended for display.

Select one of the following options:

    • Desktop

    • Mobile

    • Desktop and Mobile

View Filters Determines what data is visible on the board. Unlike the filter/search feature that can be added to a board, which helps you find data, the view filters limit the visibility of the data.

Available only when the List - Request or List - Request - Agency display views are assigned:

My Assignments and Requests: Restricts the List view to only records created by or assigned to the current position.

Board Permissions Tags Identifies what actions users are able to perform on the board.

Select one of the following options:

    • There are many board permissions. These permissions allow you to assign and navigate views through tabs, without deleting view links or special views. For example, you may want access to requests and deployments, but do not want to maintain inventory records.
