State and Local Boards Industry Board icon

Industry boards require a license key to import. Once they are imported, they cannot be exported. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) for more information.

The State and Local Board Set addresses specific use cases in conjunction with the standard boards. The following boards are available:

To set up the boards

  1. Import the board.

  2. Create a feature group and assign the board to the feature group for user access. When you add or edit the board for a feature group, enter the following information:

    Field Description Valid Values

    Default Label

    The name for the board as you want it to appear on the Boards menu.

    Any combination of up to 200 alphanumeric characters, excluding special characters.

    Input

    The view that allows you to add records to the board.

    Assign input views through board permissions; set this field to None.

    Select None.

    Display

    The view that displays when a board is opened.

    Select one assignable display view as defined below.

    Device Type

    The type of device the board is intended for display on.

    Select one of the following options:

    • Desktop

    • Mobile

    • Desktop and Mobile

    View Filters

    The filters that determine what data is visible on the board.

    Unlike the filter/search feature that you can add to a board to help you find data, the view filters limit the visibility of data.

    If applicable, select a filter according to the board specifications.

    Board Permissions Tags

    The actions that feature group members can perform on the board.

    Select one or more permissions according to the board specifications.

  3. Click Save.

  • Dashboard - Individual - Summarizes the individual damage assessments in a Dashboard view.

  • Create Jurisdiction Assessment - Create overall jurisdiction damage assessment records

  • Delete Individual Assessment - Delete individual damage assessment records from the List view

  • Delete Jurisdiction Assessment - Delete overall jurisdiction damage assessment records from the List view

  • Update Individual Assessment - Update individual damage assessment records

  • Update Jurisdiction Assessment - Update overall jurisdiction damage assessment records

  • The following Individual/Jurisdiction views are assigned separately on the Damage Assessment 2.0 Board for the assignable Display views:

    • For Jurisdiction: List - Jurisdiction

    • For Individual: List - Individual

Road Closures

List - Displays all road closure records.

  • Create Road Closure - Create a road closure

  • Delete Road Closure - Remove road closure from a List view

    Records are not deleted. They are hidden from views using filters.

  • Edit Road Closure - Update a road closure

Shelters

  • List - Displays all shelter records.

  • Dashboard - Summarizes the shelter totals.

  • Create - Create new shelter records

  • Delete - Remove shelter records from a List view

    Records are not deleted. They are hidden from views using filters.

  • Update - Update existing shelter records
