Edit Essential Board Thumbnails
When you create a board, a default thumbnail is automatically assigned to the board. You can change the image, icon, and color used for the thumbnail.

When you initially upgrade to WebEOC Nexus, a default thumbnail is automatically assigned to board input and display views.

When you create or edit a thumbnail, the changes are applied to all homepages that have the board attached.
To edit a board thumbnail:

In the main menu, click the homepage builder icon
. The Homepage Builder page opens.

On the appropriate homepage tile, click the more icon
and select Edit.

In the Essential Boards section, click the more icon
on the board that you want to edit, and then click Customize Thumbnail. The Edit Thumbnail page opens.

In the Choose Type section, select one of the following:

Customize Thumbnail: Select this option to choose from the available stock images. To select an image, click on it.

Upload Image: Select this option to upload an image from your computer.

To upload an image, click Upload, navigate to the appropriate folder, and double-click the image.

Optionally, to edit the image, click Edit. The Edit Image dialog opens. Do any of the following:

Zoom in or out on the image by moving the Scale slider right or left.

Reposition the crop selection area over the picture by using the cropping tool. To resize the crop selection area, move the sizing handles in or out. To move the crop selection area, click inside the circle and drag it where you want.

When you are finished editing the image, click Save.

Optionally, to remove the image so you can start over with a different image, click Clear.

Click Next.

Optionally, to apply a symbolic icon to the lower-right side of the image, in the Choose an Icon area, select an icon.
To view the icon labels, move your pointer over the icons.

Click Next.

Do one of the following:

To apply a color to the image, in the Choose a Color area, select a color.

To disable adding a color to the image, click the Activate Color toggle to turn it off. A message indicates that color has been disabled.

Click Submit.
