Configure a Topic

Once a topic is added, you can tailor it to make conversations more efficient and relevant. You also control its availability and content, and have access to user conversations linked to the topic.

• Create topic quick prompts to help users engage with JAI more effectively by providing shortcuts to complex or frequently used queries. See Configure Topic Quick Prompts.

• Create Additional Hints for a topic to make locating information easier. See Add Additional Hints to Topics.

• Edit, delete, and activate or deactivate topics, and download their associated user conversations for review or analysis. See Manage Topics.
