Create and Manage Chat Topics
Anyone in an organization with access to Juvare Exchange (JX) can view and contribute to the network chat topics.
New topics can be created and existing topics can be pinned to the top of the side panel on the Networks page and archived.
We recommend that you separate chat topics by relevance to keep the conversation focused. For example, separate chats for specific daily operations and each significant event.
Through chat topics, anyone can share files. This includes common image (JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP), document (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, and TXT), audio (MP3, WAV, and AAC), video (MP4, AVI, and MOV), and archival (ZIP and RAR) file formats.
You must be an Administrator to create and archive topics.
