Scheduled Notifications

Scheduled notifications allow you to configure and send hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly reminders to WebEOC Nexus users and external contacts. For example, you could set and send reminders that a report is due or that you need to make a WebEOC Nexus login test.

Scheduled notifications can be sent through the Inbox, email, voice*, text*, and webhooks*, such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.

Two editors are available in the Message window. You can enter notification content in plain text format or rich text format. If the channel supports rich text (for example, email and the Inbox), use the standard rich text editor to enter your message. For channels that do not support a rich text format (for example, voice or text), use the plain text editor.

You can view and edit notifications created in the Admin View and the <notificationlink> tag.

If a notification is manually created in the Notifications Scheduler and designated to be sent to the Inbox, it will not be linked to a board because it is not associated with one.
