Manage Scheduled Notifications

Scheduled notifications are sent to the contact’s primary email address and/or default phone number.

To manage scheduled notifications

  1. Access the Admin View.

  2. In the main menu, click the notifications icon notifications icon. The Notifications page opens.

  3. Click the Schedule tab.
  4. This list contains scheduled notifications created in the Admin View and those created via the <notificationlink> tag.

  5. Perform any of the following actions.

    Edit a notification

    1. In the list, locate and click the name of the notification. The Scheduled Notifications: Edit Schedule page opens.
    2. Enter your edits.

    View the history of a sent notification

    1. In the list, locate and click the name of the notification. The Scheduled Notifications: Edit Schedule page opens.
    2. On the upper right, click +History. The Edit Scheduled Notifications: Notifications Queue page opens.

    Enable or disable a notification

    1. Locate the notification and, on that row, in the Status column, click the status. A confirmation window opens.
    2. As appropriate, click Enable or Disable. The status is changed.

    Only enabled notifications are sent.

    Delete a notification

    1. Locate the notification and, on that row, click the delete icon on the right. A confirmation window opens.
    2. As appropriate, click OK or Cancel.

    View the list of deleted notifications

    1. On the upper right, click Actions, .

    2. In the list, click View Deleted Schedules. The Deleted Scheduled Notifications page opens.
