Enable and Disable Juvare Services

For information about the communication between WebEOC Nexus and Juvare SaaS, see WebEOC Nexus and Juvare SaaS Communication Overview.

After you configure Juvare cloud services, you can enable and disable the configured services as needed. This action does not affect the configuration setup.

To enable/disable Juvare services

  1. Access the Admin View.

  2. In the main menu, click the system settings icon system settings icon. The System Settings page opens.

  3. Click the Services tab. The bottom area of the page displays the connections for all the services, file storage, and paid features that are configured for your solution.

  4. For the service you want to affect, do either of the following actions.

    • Clear the checkbox to disable the service for all your users.

    • Select a checkbox to enable the service for all your users.

      If the checkbox appears in a dimmed state, you cannot enable or disable the service because it is set by Juvare. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) if you require help with one of these services.

  5. Click Save.
