Access a Sensitive Notification

Sensitive notifications contain confidential or otherwise restricted information. They may arrive as email, text, or voice notifications, and to access them, you must log in to the solution or enter your PIN. If you don’t have a PIN, you must log in to the solution to access the notification.

If you already have a PIN before you receive the notification, you can click the appropriate link or button to enter it. If you submit an incorrect PIN three times, you will be blocked from subsequent attempts and must log in to the solution to access the notification.

If you have the Contact system role, you can't receive sensitive notifications.
