Work With Report Data
As an administrator, you can view, select, filter, sort, and export data on the Reports page.
To work with report data

On the main menu, select Reports. The Reports page opens.

In the Available Reports menu, select the List of Accounts by Role, List of Organizations with Member Counts, or Notifications report. The report opens.

Perform any of these actions:
Adjust report filters
On the left of the Notifications report, use the menus to select the appropriate criteria (for example, the month, sender, or message type).
View report data differently
Click any tabs, table headers, or column headers.
View the data filter
On a table, point to the upper right and click the filter icon
.
Zoom in to the table
On the report table, point to the upper right and click the focus mode icon
.
Export, convert, or sort the data

On the report table, point to the upper right and click the more icon
. The more menu opens. -
Select Export data. A window opens.

Select one of these options.

Data with current layout

Summarized data
-
Underlying data
-
-
Select a file format.
-
Click Export. The report downloads according to your browser settings.
