Reports

On the Reports page, there are three reports intended to help you better understand who is using your solution and how they use it. These reports are titled List of Accounts by Role, List of Organizations with Member Counts, and Notifications. Report data is displayed in tabular, statistical, or graphical format, and you can make selections, filter, and sort the data to refine the results. You can also export the data for analysis or use in other solutions.

For example, after sending a notification An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox., an admin can use reports to check how many users received the message and how many responded.

By default, System Administrators, Client Administrators, and Organization Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations. Administrators can access the Reports tab. If you need report access and don't have it, contact The internal and external people that participate in, might be affected by, or need to be notified about an incident. your CSM or the Juvare Support Center.

The List of Organizations with Member Counts and List of Accounts Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. by Role reports exclude archived, deleted, and closed organizations and accounts, so the data you see reflects only current, active records.

The List of Organizations with Member Counts report also separates account membership counts into two categories:

• Number of Accepted Accounts: Active and inactive accounts with an organization membership status of Active.

• Number of Pending Accounts: Active and inactive accounts with an organization membership status of Pending or Researching.

These categories give you a clearer view of how many accounts have active organization membership and how many are pending or under review.

The information in these reports varies depending on your system and organization roles, organization membership, and File Library access.
