New Feature

Resident Self-Report: CAPTCHA Verification

It is now possible to enable CAPTCHA verification for Resident Self-Report form submissions to help reduce automated or fraudulent submissions.

This functionality is available on a client-by-client basis. If you are interested in enabling this feature, contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) or Juvare Support.

Enhancements

  • Improved the application's ability to download a large number of structures.

    This enhancement:

    • Reduces download timeouts.

    • Shows download progress.

    • Improves the download experience for large exports.

  • The console menu has been updated to improve the user experience on smaller screen sizes.

Resolutions

  • Resolved an issue where active user sessions remained open after an account was locked.

  • Resolved an issue where entries were not displayed correctly in High Entries Mode.

  • Resolved an issue where the row count in the Entries module displayed an incorrect number.

  • Resolved an issue where incident creation was slower than expected.
