New Features

Events by Event Type Report

The new Events by Event Type report displays the number of times each type of event has run. The event type refers to the event template used to create the event. Only people with the Event - Maintain Events right can run this report. If you have the Event - Maintain Events right in multiple regions, the report displays a separate tab for the events in each of those regions.

Customize Status Types in Event Templates

You can now customize the names and order of status types in an event template. This affects the way the status types are displayed on the Event Status page and the Event Detail report for events using that template.

Enhancements

  • Event Status Page: The Event Status page now displays the full name and organization of the person who started the event.

  • Status Detail Report: When you export the Status Detail report as an Excel® file, you can now select multiple status types. The report displays all the status changes in the selected timeframe for the selected status types and resources.

  • Delegated Administrators: An error message appears if a delegated administrator tries to create a user without any resource rights. This helps prevent delegated administrators from accidentally creating a user they cannot edit.

  • Incoming Patient Notifications: The incident associated with the patient is now displayed on the Incoming Patient Notification window, IPN Details window, and Incoming Patient Notification History page.

Resolutions

  • Event Templates: Resolved an issue with event templates that prevented you from saving event notification preferences if more than 10,000 preferences were selected.

Help Updates

The header, footer, and side panel in the EMResource Help Center have been redesigned. You can now click the feedback icon on the upper right to send feedback about the Help Center.
