EMResource 4.28 Release Notes

New Features

JX Collaborate User Groups

If your organization uses JX Collaborate and you have the Configure Regional User Access right, you can now create user groups for JX Collaborate. These groups help you control access to chats, files, and other information in JX Collaborate networks. On the User Groups page, you can define user groups by roles or users.

Juvare Exchange (JX)

Before this release, you could already create user groups for Juvare Exchange on the Juvare Exchange User Groups page. Now, this page has been updated to support both Juvare Exchange and JX Collaborate. The following table summarizes the changes to this page:

The page was named "Juvare Exchange User Groups."

The page is named "User Groups."

User groups were only supported in Juvare Exchange.

User groups are supported in both Juvare Exchange and JX Collaborate.

You could only create user groups by role.

You can create user groups by role or user.

If you previously used this page to create Juvare Exchange user groups, those user groups will continue to work with Juvare Exchange, and now they also work with JX Collaborate.

If your organization does not use JX Collaborate or Juvare Exchange (JX), then you can still create user groups, but they have no functionality.

Enhancements

  • Incoming Patient Notifications: Text related to Incoming Patient Notifications (IPNs) is updated to reflect the latest national standards for trauma assessment using the National Guideline for the Field Triage of Injured Patients.

Resolutions

  • Status Lists: Resolved an issue where the scroll bar did not appear for multiple-choice status types with a long list of statuses.

  • Resource Rights: Resolved an issue when editing a user's resource rights where the View column's Select All checkbox ignored the applied filters.
