Delivery Statuses
Delivery statuses detail the point in the delivery and response process to which the notification has progressed. These statuses appear for each recipient on the Delivery and Response tab when you do these tasks.
These are the different notification delivery statuses.

Created: The notification is in queue or in process of being sent.

Sent: The notification was sent to recipient.

Responded: The recipient responded to the notification.

Unreachable: The notification did not reach the recipient yet due to a busy, unanswered, or invalid telephone number or email address.

Canceled: The notification was canceled and attempts to deliver it were suspended.

Failed: The notification failed to be delivered to this recipient. This can happen for many reasons, such as a blocked or invalid email address, systemic disruptions, or issues with the email content.
If your domain's mailing service doesn't send Delivery Status Notifications or bounce messages, the message will not show as delivered in the delivery status. It will show as "in progress" until the expiration period is reached, at which point it will shows as "failed".
