Enhancements
Feature Name Update: Ad Hoc Alerts is now called “Alerts”
We’ve updated the name of Ad Hoc Alerts to simply “Alerts.” This is a naming change only—there are no changes to how the feature works. You can continue using Alerts the same way you always have.
View Link Tabs Now Stay Open
Tabs opened from view links can now stay open even if you log out or refresh your browser.
JX Notifications for Administrators
Unified Command Platform introduces support for receiving and posting JX notifications to admin inboxes, increasing visibility into activity across the JX networks your organization belongs to. Notifications are triggered by the following JX actions:

Your organization is invited to or removed from a network

A member leaves an owned network

An organization accepts or declines an invite to an owned network

A member in a network has shared a board or an incident to a network

A member organization has subscribed or unsubscribed from your shared board in a network
Currently, this feature does not support chat notifications from network chats you may be a part of. Support for this feature will be added in an upcoming release.
PDF Map Markers
Unified Command Platform 10.17 has added markers for orientation. This enhancement specifically addresses an issue where the multi-orientation blink feature in PDFs was not working as expected for specific use cases; the existing tags were functioning as wrappers, but markers were needed instead.
PDF Pagesize Attribute
Added a new pagesize attribute to the <pdflink> tag. See <pdflink> for details.
Interactive Map Pop-Ups
Maps pop-ups now support interactive URLs. Users interacting with a map layer containing a feature with a URL can now click the URL to open it in a separate browser tab.
Embedmap Layers Widget
Using the new enablelayerslist attribute, the List View <embedmap> tag now allows board builders to configure the board to show and interact only with the layers widget, without enabling other widgets. See <embedmap> for details.
Resolutions

ArcGIS Feature Service Selection: Fixed an issue where some ArcGIS feature services appeared blank in the Existing Feature Service selector. When a service name isn’t available, the extension now displays the service title instead so that the service can be selected and used correctly.

ArcGIS Extension Permissions: Fixed an issue where the ArcGIS Extension could not be assigned in Admin Profiles. Partial administrators can now be granted access to the ArcGIS Extension Manager through profile assignment.

Shapefile Import: Resolved an issue where including the <multiplefileinput> tag in an input view prevented shapefile data from being imported into a WebEOC table. With the fix, shapefile data is imported as expected.

BatchPdf Installation Defect: Fixed a defect on new installs where the headerfootertextalign column was missing for instances that had never installed BatchPdf.

Simulator Link Missing: Fixed a rendering issue where the Run Simulation link and button text was missing on the Simulator page in the Admin view. This link and button now display as expected.
Updates to Alerts

When creating a notification, you can now click the Total Recipients button to view details about the notification’s recipients on the Recipients step and the Review and Send step.

The Inbox is now available in dark mode.

You can now perform the following actions in bulk in the Inbox:

On the Inbox tab, you can archive and mark notifications as read in bulk.

On the Inbox Archived tab, you can now restore multiple notifications in bulk to the Inbox tab.

If a scheduled notification is canceled, Unified Command Platform now displays either the name of the user who canceled it or “WebEOC” if it was canceled by the system.

Notification recipients are now sorted by last name on the Accounts tab, the Notification Groups Members page, and the Organizations Members page.

On the Delivery and Response tab for sent notifications, you can now filter and search by individual recipients, notification groups, organizations, response status (Messages received or No response), and Type (Internal, External or Email CC). See Manage Sent Alerts for details.

On the notifications Sent tab, the Delivery and Response table now displays the Type of recipient (internal, external, or email CC) and the Association (whether the recipient received the notification because they are a member of a notification group or an organization. See Manage Sent Alerts for details.

The structure of alert messages has been updated so that the body, response, and footer of the message are organized.

A new section called Recipient Statistics – by Affiliation has been added to the Notification Summary report. See Notification Summary Report for details.
Resolutions

Fixed an issue where scheduled notifications were being sent to accounts that were closed.

Fixed an issue where the unsubscribe link in notifications was not clickable.

Fixed an issue where additional unsubscribed messages were being sent to pagers.

Fixed an issue where response links in the body of notifications were not clickable.
Updates to Documents
Enhancements

Added a File Size column to table views.

Added the ability to copy a file. See Manage a File or Folder for details.

Enhanced Documents to provide permissions inheritance down to the folder and file level. With this enhancement, the permissions you grant at the parent level can now be inherited by the folders and files contained in that parent. A message to confirm these permission changes has also been added.

Added a message to clarify how parent-level permissions work when restoring or moving a file that reminds the user to review these permissions.
