Manage Sent Alerts

Premium Feature Premium feature

Sent alerts are preserved with details about the messages and response data. Sent alerts can be reviewed, filtered, followed up, and exported. To improve the handling of undeliverable emails, your solution collects the email addresses of recipients who mark notifications as spam, report abuse, or have invalid addresses. These addresses are blocked from receiving notifications and are marked as spam, unsubscribed, or invalid.

On the Sent page, select an alert to view its details. The alert details identify the Sender, Recipients, and Delivery Method. Icons on the upper right allow you to export details and archive the alert. Below are the Message and Delivery and Response tabs.

  • The Message tab provides mostly static information about the alert, including the messages, response options, and delivery order.

  • The Delivery & Response tab provides dynamic information about the alert. It also allows you to view and filter results by individual recipients, notification groups, organizations, response status (Messages received or No response), and Type (Internal, External or Email CC). You can also quickly draft a follow-up alert. You can use Refresh to update the page and Cancel Notification to stop the alert from being sent further.

  • The table on the Delivery and Response tab displays the following information:

    • Recipient: Name of notification recipient

    • Status: The notification sattus

    • Type: Whether the recipient is internal, external, or Email CC.

    • Association: Displays if the user received this notification because they are part of a notification group or an organization

    • Response

If your domain's mailing service doesn't send Delivery Status Notifications or bounce messages, the message will not show as delivered in the delivery status. It will show as "in progress" until the expiration period is reached, at which point it will show as "failed".
