Enhancement

A Status field has been added to the Details view to indicate checklist status and item completion.

Resolution

Resolved various text formatting issues when using the rich text editor.

• Added dark mode capability.

  Dark mode must be enabled for your instance so that users can turn it on. See Enable Dark Mode for details.

• Fixed an issue where assigning a large number of positions to a checklist template prevented activation.

• Fixed an issue, due to modifications introduced by WebEOC Nexus versions 9.20.2 and WebEOC Nexus 10.8, where non-admins could not assign positions to a checklist template.

• Modified default behavior of "My Checklists" and "Activated Checklists (All)" views when a record is opened on a mobile device. Now, if you have the "Edit Position Checklists" permission, clicking a checklist on a mobile device opens a view that allows you to change item status. If you do not have the "Edit Position Checklists" permission, clicking a checklist on a mobile device opens a read-only view.

New Remove Filter

The Remove filter assists with a future release of JAI, Juvare’s AI solution, and excludes records that have been removed from response results. It also ensures deleted records do not display on Maps.

This new filter will have no impact on the functionality of the updated board.

To upload a checklist, start by creating a new checklist and then editing it. When adding checklist items, you'll find a new Import Items button, allowing you to easily import your existing items with just a few clicks.

Before uploading checklist items, verify that the data is accurate. Formatting is not preserved during the import process, so any required formatting must be applied manually after the import.

• The resolution of a text wrap issue ensures that Checklist Items are fully visible on the page.

• The resolution of a board permissions issue ensures that user access to checklists is verified before displaying the list.

• Activated checklists now display the date they were activated, the date and time they were last updated, and a “Show More” option for expanding descriptions.

• The status option “Not Applicable” was added to accommodate situations in which the other statuses do not apply.

• Enhancements to the dashboard offer full-screen charts and search and filter capabilities.

• The Checklist Template page now loads all checklists so that everything can be selected for activation at the same time.
• The Activation window now allows you to scroll when information exceeds the default viewing area.

• A board resource issue that prevented checklist items from being saved was resolved.
• An issue where checklist item status notes added extra text when the status of checklist items changed from Not Started to Complete, and then back to In Progress was resolved.

• A timer icon now appears in the foreground of the board to show when multiple checklists are being activated.
• Vertical scroll bars were added to List Views on the mobile app.
• An issue that created incorrect spacing on the Template List View was resolved.
• An issue with the Export to Excel option on the My Checklists View was resolved.

The Checklist 2.0 Board offers several new features, including the ability to:

• Categorize checklists for improved filtering, identification, and activation.

• Select and activate multiple checklists at the same time.

• Use the PDF template to quickly print the checklist for backup or hardcopy use.

• Track the progress of tasks through new visual progress bars.

• Format task details with the new rich text editor.

• Summarize the progress of all activated checklists through a new dashboard.

Checklist 2.0 is compatible with WebEOC Nexus 9.14 or later. Due to significant upgrades on the board, you should import Checklist 2.0 as an entirely new board rather than importing it over the previous version.
