1.2.1	May 29, 2025	Resolved a Board Resource error on the Input - Comments view related to a missing board resource. Resolved an error where disabling permissions to add/edit particular content types on a persona-by-persona basis was not working as expected. Resolved an issue where certain Vimeo Embed Links were not displaying or working as expected, even when a valid URL was used. Resolved an issue where views may not refresh as expected. Adjusted behavior so that users that remain in a persona after it is disabled will no longer be able to remain in that persona and, instead, will be reverted to the persona tied to their user account. If the persona tied to their user account is disabled, they will be taken to an error screen and no longer allowed to view the board.
1.2.0	January 23, 2025	A Search feature for Exercise Participants has been added to the header for the different media types. You can now search for specific records for all content types except for the InjectDeck which is for administrators only. A Site Manager can now edit profiles to: Allow Exercise Participants to add content to content types (Agency News, Bleater, Frogger, SimTube and SimBook), re-post content, or update current content. Restrict Exercise Participants from adding content to content types, re-posting content, or updating current content. The board is read only for these exercise participants. See Restricting Content Creation for Exercise Participants for more information. Exercise Controller, Site Manager, and Exercise Participant positions can now share Agency News records within Bleater and SimBook posts. Site Managers and Exercise Controllers can update content. Exercise Participants can only update content that has been created by a profile they are assigned to. An Expand Video button has been added to posted videos so you can now view videos in full-screen mode. Resolved an issue where when the Disable Refresh checkbox was selected for a view and you opened another view, the Disable Refresh checkbox was unselected. Now, the checkbox remains selected when you open another view.

1.0	September 7, 2023	Overview The SimulationDeck board powers effective training exercises for small, medium, and full- scale operations around the world by replicating the flow of information within WebEOC Nexus as simulated online, radio, and television news, blog posts, and social media posts are injected into the board. The administrator, exercise participants, and observers can interact within WebEOC Nexus to respond to events, communicate with each other, initiate protocols, and generate official content for your organization’s social media accounts. Main Features The Dashboard view presents the most recent user’s posts according to content type and lists the Bleater (Twitter) and SimBook (Facebook) media feeds. Simulated profiles can be created to support real-life training scenarios. Administrators can quickly assume different profiles, switching between real and simulated participants, to post content on their behalf. Exercise management is simplified with bulk actions. Content types can be enabled or disabled depending on the exercise. Social media posts can be shared and retweeted like on the actual platforms. Photo, video, and audio files can be included to create content-rich records. Content injects can be scheduled to occur at a specific time or after a duration of time during an exercise. The GeoDeck view plots content on the map for geographical reference. Requirements The SimulationDeck board is compatible with WebEOC Nexus 9.16 and later. Details related to the assignment of WebEOC Nexus positions and groups in relation to training exercises are provided in the SimulationDeck Setup Guide.
