File Library

The File Library plug-in enables WebEOC Nexus users to upload and share documents and files with other users. The file could be a plan, standard operating procedure, situation report, PDF, image file, or other file type. In order to use files and folders, you must assign permissions in the File Library plug-in to the groups that need access.

Files are categorized and managed through the use of folders. The File Library Manager allows you to add, edit, and delete folders.
