About Juvare Exchange (JX)

Juvare Exchange (JX) is a secure networking, chat, and file-sharing solution that allows WebEOC Nexus clients to connect with other members of the Juvare Community.

Designed specifically for Juvare clients, JX facilitates communication and data sharing among organizations through its unique network structure. Information is shared securely and privately across the network to improve the coordination of daily operations and significant events.

Key Features

  • Your organization profile: Describes your organization by name, logo, location, and other details. After Juvare creates it, your administrators can update it as needed.

    After Juvare creates your organization in JX, your administrators can update it as needed following the steps in Update Your Organization Profile.

  • Networks: Enable you to create and join networks to connect people within your organization or across external organizations for secure sharing.

  • Chat: Provides direct access to securely message select groups involved in common operations or emergency events.

  • Exchange files: Offers quick access to documents, images, and video content within your chat.

  • Board and incident sharing: Allows you to share boards and incidents across your Juvare Exchange (JX) networks when using WebEOC.

After registering for JX, your profile will be built and enabled by Juvare Staff. Once this is completed, you can browse the list of organizations and create or join networks to partner with other members of the Juvare Community who already are or soon become your partners and stakeholders.

To access Juvare Exchange (JX)

In WebEOC Nexus, in the main menu, select the JX Networks icon or the JX Directory icon.

If you are an administrator in WebEOC, you access Juvare Exchange (JX) features in the User View.
