Types of Juvare Exchange (JX) Users

Administrators

WebEOC Nexus Administrators can perform different functions in JX.

Administrators and access to JX

All WebEOC Nexus Administrators can:

• Assign Access to WebEOC Nexus Groups

• Manage JX User Groups

• Update Your Organization Profiles

Administrators and networks

• Create and Manage Owned Networks: Administrators can also create networks. When an admin creates a network, they own that network. There is no method of transferring ownership. If you want to remove the network, you must delete it. See Manage Networks and Add and Manage Subnetworks for details.

• Create and manage chat topics for an owned network.

• View and Manage Network Invitations from networks they want to join.

Administrators who share boards

Administrators who share boards, also known as publishing, own these boards and can:

• Share a Board

• Map Parent and Child View When Sharing Data

• Add Optional Fields to a board

• Edit Filters for Shared Boards

• Share an Incident

• View Shared Boards and Board Subscriptions

• View All Shared Boards and Incidents

• Stop Sharing a Board

• Stop Sharing an Incident

• Sync Changes to an Owned Published Board

Administrators who subscribe to shared boards and incidents

These types of administrators can:

• Subscribe to a Shared Board, including selecting the local boards and views as needed, and assigning user access to the board through feature groups

• Map Data for a Shared Board: After subscribing to a board, these types of admins must map fields to the local instance of the board.

• Subscribe to a Shared Incident

• Edit an Incident Subscription

• View Shared Boards and Board Subscriptions

• View All Shared Boards and Incidents

• View and Manage Network Invitations

• View an Organization's Profile Information
