Match a Caller with a Passenger

To match a caller with a passenger

1. In the Air and Cruise module, in the Call Center tab, locate a caller with the Status = Unknown and, on that row, click the more icon .

2. In the menu, click Edit. The POB Caller Input page opens.

3. Below, click Show Potential Matches. A window with a list of passengers opens.

4. Locate the name of the passenger and, on that row, select the Match checkbox.

5. Click Save. The window closes.

6. Click Save.
