Delete a Contact Account

Premium Feature Contacts procedure

In Contacts, there are two ways that you can delete an account:

  • Use the more menu in the panel. See Manage Contacts.

  • Change the contact's status on the Accounts page (see below).

Deleted accounts are permanently removed and cannot be retrieved.

To change a contact's status to delete a contact

  1. Access Contacts.

  2. Click the Accounts tab.

  3. Select the checkbox proceeding the account you want to delete.

  4. Above the list, on the upper right, click Change Status.

  5. In the Change Status window, select Deleted. The account is removed from WebEOC Nexus.
