Application Branding

Application Branding allows administrators to customize the application's appearance by configuring separate logos for the login page and home page, as well as a custom browser tab icon (favicon). Each branding element can be configured and displayed independently.

Application logos can only be set or changed by a Juvare Admin. Contact The internal and external people that participate in, might be affected by, or need to be notified about an incident. your CSM or Juvare Support to request new or updated application logos.

To manage application branding

  1. In the upper right corner, click the More actions icon.

  2. Select Settings. The Settings page opens.

  3. Locate the setting you want to edit and click it. The edit dialog box opens.

  4. Perform any of these actions:

  1. Locate App Login Logo.

  2. Upload the image that you want to display on the Login page.

  3. Click Save.

  1. Locate App Home Page Logo.

  2. Upload the image that you want to display on the Home page.

  3. Click Save.

  1. Locate App Favicon.

  2. Upload the image that you want to use as the browser tab icon.

  3. Click Save.

The App Favicon setting cannot be reset to the default favicon after a custom favicon has been configured.
