Crisis Track 4.8.1 Release Notes

These notes describe updates in the Crisis Track 4.8.1 releases for the desktop and Windows app, which occurred on Saturday, September 13, 2025. More information is available in this help center or by contacting the Juvare Support Center at +1 (877) 771-0911 or support@juvare.com.


Enhancements

This release includes the following enhancements to help you manage entries:

  • Copy: Admins can now copy entries from one incident to another. You can copy entries individually or in bulk, through both the Entries and Tasks modules. This is particularly helpful if someone accidentally creates entries in the wrong incident. For more information, see Copy Entries and Copy Entries for a Task.

  • Export: You can now export entries as a .docx file, which can be opened in Microsoft Word®.

  • Edit: When you edit an entry, Crisis Track now automatically refreshes the data to ensure you view the most recent version.

Resolutions

  • Entries: Resolved an issue that prevented timestamps from appearing when you export entries as a PDF.

  • Entries: On the mobile apps, resolved an issue where updating an entry removed any attachments that were previously added to the entry.

  • Layout: On the Android app, resolved an issue where the system bars at the top and bottom of the screen overlapped with the app's UI.

  • Maps: On the Windows app, resolved the following issues related to offline maps:

    • Cannot draw a custom offline map

    • Cannot download a new version of an offline map if you previously downloaded an older version

    • Cannot delete an offline version of a Topo Map or USGS Topo Map

Help Updates

  • URL Updates: Almost all the URLs for the Crisis Track Help Center were updated on August 29, 2025. The only URL that did not change is the landing page. These updates made URLs easier to read, improved search indexing, and reduced dead links.

    If you previously saved any bookmarks or links to Crisis Track help pages other than the landing page, you should update them to the new URLs. If you cannot find a page with the search function, email us at feedback-docs@juvare.com.
