Share a Form

After you publish the form, obtain a URL that you can share.

You must publish the form before you can share it.

To share a form

1. In the Gallery, locate the form, and then click Design.

2. In the top right of the form, click the share icon.

   

3. In the menu, select one of the following options:

   • Copy URL copies the URL to your mobile or desktop clipboard.

   • View QR Code displays a Quick Response code for the URL that can be read by cameras on a smart phone. Save, print, or copy the URL of the QR code to share with others.

   You can also share a form on the Form Details page.
