Utilization Widget

This dashboard widget displays the utilization of the selected bed types in a resource group/type. For example, you can show available adult beds for different bed types in a state. Alternatively, you can customize this widget for other availability/capacity status types.

In the Available and Capacity columns, you can click a number to view the values for resources with this status.

When you add or edit this widget, you must configure the following fields:

Widget configuration fields and descriptions
Field	Description
Resource Source	Defines the resource group or resource types to display data from.
Bed Types	A list of bed-related status types used to define the types of bed data displayed on this widget.
Custom Utilization	These optional fields should only be used if you want to customize this widget with status types that are not shown on the Bed Types window. This requires you to select availability and capacity status types, such as wheelchair availability and capacity. For Label, enter an name for this row of utilization data. For Availability, select the availability status type you want to calculate utilization data from. For Capacity, select the capacity status type you want to calculate utilization data from. To add multiple rows of custom utilization data, click Add and enter information for the additional Label, Availability, and Capacity fields.
Title	The name displayed on the widget.
Percentage Shown	Determines if the widget displays the percent utilization or percent availability for the selected status types.
