EMResource 4.20 Release Notes

These notes describe enhancements and resolutions introduced in the EMResource 4.20 release scheduled for Wednesday, June 26, 2024. More information is available through the help in your solution or by contacting the Juvare Support Center at +1 (877) 771-0911 or support@juvare.com.

Enhancements

  • Status Change Notifications: If you have configured a status change notification for a Number status type that is Event Only, you now receive a notification the first time someone updates the resource status after an event starts.

  • Standard Status Types: You can no longer make a standard status types unavailable while it is associated with a status type in your region. If you want to make a standard status type unavailable in this situation, contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) or the Juvare Support Center and request to remove the mapping between the standard status type and the active status type.

Resolutions

  • Status Change Notifications: Resolved an issue where some status change notifications were not sent if you selected the Include Resource Summary setting. Specifically, this issue occurred when other resources of the same resource type had no value for the status type.

  • Update Status: Resolved an issue where some inactive status types appeared in the Update Status window for a resource.

  • Reports: The region logo is now displayed in the Event Snapshot, Form Summary, and Monthly Status Assessment reports.

  • Event Detail Report: In Event Detail PDF reports, resolved an issue that clipped the text at the end of the page.

  • Event Snapshots: When you generate an Event Snapshot Excel® report or export an Event View, resolved an issue that prevented the Status Type Summary sheet from displaying.

  • Event Notifications: When you receive an email notification about an event update, the email now displays the name of the person who updated the event instead of the person who created the event.

  • Resource Detail View: When you customize the resource Detail View, resolved an issue that caused an error page when you delete multiple sections and try to save.
