EMResource 4.30 Release Notes

New Features

Enhanced Dashboard Customization

Dashboard widgets have been enhanced to give you much more freedom in the types of dashboards you can create.

Previously, you could only design widgets based on resource groups and standard status types. Now, you can also design widgets based on resource types and any of your region's status types. These changes apply to all relevant widgets.

With these changes, dashboards can display more types of data for a wider variety of use cases. For example, you could use your region's EMS-related resource types and status types to create a dashboard that displays key EMS data.

Enhancements

  • Find Resources: When you use the Find Resources feature, the resource names in the search results are now linked to each resource's Detail View.

Resolutions

  • Event Notifications: Resolved an issue where a multi-region user could continue to receive event notifications from a region after being removed from that region.

  • Event Snapshot Report: In the Event Snapshot report, resolved an issue where numeric values were formatted as text instead of numbers in Excel®.

  • Copy Users: When there are multiple rows of new users displayed on the Copy Users window, resolved an issue where clicking the delete icon on any row would instead delete the bottom row.

Help Updates

  • New Theme: The help center has a new theme and an enhanced landing page.
