Create a Link to the Batch Report
On the Batch Reporter page, locate the batch report in the table for which you want to create a link. Once located, click the report’s associated Create Link link. A success message pops up at the top of the screen to indicate the link was successfully created.
After a link is created, a link to the report appears in the list of links you can assign to feature groups. To view all of the batch reports available for assignment to groups, in the Admin View, go to Workflows: Links.
You can create links to reports that can be accessed from the main menu. Users can then click the main menu link to view a report containing data from the current incident.
Use the Groups tab on the Accounts page to grant users permission to access the batch report via the link. For more information about assigning links to groups, refer Plan and Create a Feature Group.
