Check In a File

After checking out a file, you can check it back in to make your changes available to others and allow them to work on the file. When you check a file in, you are prompted to upload the updated file.

To check in a file

  1. On the main menu, select File Library. The File Library page opens.

  2. Locate the checked-out file and click that row. The details open on the right.

  3. Click Check In.

  4. Select Check In. Your browser’s Open window opens.

  5. Select the file and click Open.

  6. Enter a Comment explaining the changes that you made to the file.

  7. Click Upload.
