Edit a Collapsible Embedded Map
If you decide to add a collapsible embedded map to an existing List view, you can edit the table settings and go to the Default Map Behavior page in the wizard. On this page, you can specify the map settings. For information about collapsible embedded maps, see Add a Collapsible Embedded Map.
You must have at least one address component created for the List view. See Add Board Components.
To add or edit a collapsible embedded map through table settings

In the Board Gallery, open the board in Design mode that contains the List view to which you want to add a map.

On the canvas, select the address component, and then select the settings icon

Click Next until you reach the Default Map Behavior page.

Click Enable Default Map.

Provide the following information.
Default map fields Field Description Procedure Map Name
The name of a predefined WebEOC map. For more information see Mapping Manager in the WebEOC Nexus Admin Help Center.
Enter an existing map name.
Size
The height of the map when it is in the expanded state. The width is always 100% of the view.
Three height sizes are available:

Small
-
Medium (default)
-
Large
Select one of the available sizes.
Collapse State
Whether the map appears as open or closed when the map loads.
Two states are available:

Opened
-
Closed
Select one of the states for the default state.
Enable Toolbar
Displays the Tools panel that contains tools you can use to search geographic locations and points of interest (POI), insert and maintain annotations, select base maps, and measure distances and calculate areas. For more information, see Navigate Maps in the WebEOC Nexus User Help Center.
Select the checkbox to enable the Tools panel.
Enable Map Zoom Displays the map in a zoomed in state around a location data point. When you select this checkbox, additional fields appear.

Label: The name of the location point around which the zoom will focus.

Field: The field that will be used as the location point for the zoom. Your Input view must contain at least one address component. See Add Board Components.

Map Label Field: The name that appears when you hover the mouse over the data point on the map.
Enter the information into the fields.

Click Submit.
