DesignStudio 2.4 Release Notes

These notes describe enhancements and resolutions introduced in the DesignStudio 2.4 release scheduled for July 7, 2025. More information is available in this help center or by contacting the Juvare Support Center at +1 (877) 771-0911 or support@juvare.com.

Enhancements

• We have added a Status filter to the Board Gallery and the Forms Gallery. You can now filter boards on the status of All, Active, Inactive, or Draft. You can filter forms on the status of Published or Unpublished. See Filter Board or Form Information for details.

• On the User Accounts page, we have added the following filters to search for user accounts, which can be combined to further refine results:

  • Username, first name, last name, or organization

  • Admin Only

  • Pro Only

• On the Submits Tracking page, we’ve added the following filters, which can be combined to further refine results:

  • Processing Status: All, Processed, and Errors

  • Min Date

  • Max Date

• A new option has been added so that you can suggest improvements and provide feedback about DesignStudio. In the Board Workspace, on the Help menu, click the new Submit Feedback item to open the Ideas Portal. Sign in to the portal using your DesignStudio credentials and let Juvare know how to improve our products. See Board Workspace for details.

Resolutions

• Resolved an issue when using the camera on an iPhone with forms. The capture button did not display, so the camera could not be used with forms. With the fix, the button now displays, so that users can use a camera on an iPhone to take a picture to add as an attachment to a form.

• When creating a list view, if the field name was long, it would get cut off when displayed on the Fields List on the List View Configuration and the Field Configuration steps. The width of the Fields List has been increased so that fields with long names are no longer cut off.

• Resolved an issue that caused intermittent 404 errors when publishing boards from DesignStudio.

• Resolved an issue where charts that used list colors in WebEOC did not render for non-administrator users. With the fix, charts display as expected for users.
