New Features
Regional Contact Info Report
The existing Admin Reports capabilities have been expanded by introducing a new Regional Contact Info report.
System Administrators, Domain Administrators, and Facility Administrators can now generate an Excel report that lists users who are designated as the primary contact for non-technical assistance in the selected domain. The report includes each user's first name, last name, and login email, making it easier to review and manage non-technical assistance contacts.
For more information about Admin Reports usage, refer to Admin Reports.
Enhancements
Objectives
The existing Objectives capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing an updated user interface and new workflow enhancements.
Administrators can now copy one or more objective templates from one facility to other facilities they administer, making it easier to reuse templates across facilities. Users can also create an objective for multiple positions in a single action, reducing repetitive data entry and improving consistency when assigning objectives.
This feature was suggested through the Juvare Ideas Portal. We welcome your input to improve our products.
For more information about Objective usage, refer to Add Objectives to an Incident, Add Objectives to an IRG, and Copy Objective Templates.
Messages Tab
The existing Messages tab has been updated by implementing a new user interface, providing a consistent experience for viewing, searching, filtering, and managing incident messages.
Users can now attach an image when composing a new message from the web application. Attached images are included in the message thread, making it easier to share visual information with message recipients during an incident.
For more information about Message tab usage, refer to Incident Dashboard Messages.
Incident User Interface
The user interface has been updated to make the new user interface the default experience for all users.
With the eICS 5.18 release, the new user interface is displayed by default for all users, including users who previously selected the Classic interface. Users can switch back to the Classic interface at any time, and their preference is saved for future sessions.
Resolutions
Resolved an issue where incident messages were truncated after 500 characters without notification. Increased the maximum message length to 1000 characters and added a notification when the character limit is exceeded.
