eICS 5.7 Release Notes

New Features
Delete Messages and Event Log Entries
Administrators can now delete Incident Dashboard Messages, responses to messages, and manual Incident Dashboard Event Log entries.
When you delete a message, response, or entry, you must enter text explaining why you deleted it. A new event log entry is automatically created with this text.

Add Hyperlinks to Event Log Entries and Messages
When an Incident Dashboard Messages or Incident Dashboard Event Log entry contains a URL, the URL is now automatically formatted as a hyperlink.
Enhancements

Incident Dashboard: The Incident Dashboard Summary of the Incident Dashboard now displays the name of the incident response guides (IRGs) for the incident.
Resolutions

Event Log: Resolved an issue with the Incident Dashboard Event Log where the Expand Text option became deselected when a new event log entry was added.

ICS Chart: Resolved an issue with the ICS Chart where collapsed elements automatically expanded when someone was assigned to a position.
Opt-In Features
Clients can opt in to enable new features for managing contacts, sharing files, and sending notifications. If you have not opted in, these features are not enabled and do not affect you yet. You may request to opt in at any time as we continue to update these features. For more information, see Opt-In Features.
