Set Up the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Builder Board 
You must import the COOP Builder 2.0 Board as a new board rather than overwriting the previous version. However, importing COOP Builder 3.0 over COOP Builder 2.0 does not require creating a new board.
To set up the COOP Builder board set

Import the Continuity of Operations Plan Builder Published and Working boards.
When you import these boards, import them in the order specified below and name them as indicated in the Board Name column.

In the main menu, click the workflows icon
. The Workflows page opens.

Click the Lists tab. The Lists page opens.

Locate and click the Premium - Continuity - Jurisdiction list.

Set up the list items in the way that best matches the structure of your organization.
The COOP Builder board is compatible with up to five levels of the list structure. For more information on editing lists and creating a sublist, see Edit Lists and List Items and Create a Sub-List.
- Assign the boards to a feature group.
When you assign the boards to a feature group, assign the appropriate display views and permissions; otherwise, users might not have access to the correct information.

When you add or edit the board for a feature group, enter this information.

Template Board:

Organizations: Displays all templates within the plan builder without any filtering. Plans can be viewed. With proper permissions, plans can be edited and sent to the Working board.

Working Board:

Organizations: Displays all working plans within the plan builder without any filtering. Plans and reports can be viewed. With proper permissions, plans can be edited, completed, approved, published, and reset. With proper permissions, users can also configure approval settings, employees, system-wide services, and system-wide records.

Organizations - Assigned Contributors: Allows all of the above actions but the view is filtered to only show plans where the current position is a contributor.

List - Published Plans: Displays all published plans within the plan builder without any filtering. Plans can be viewed.

List - Published Plans - Assigned Contributors: Allows the above actions but the view is filtered to only show published plans where the current position is a contributor.

Approve Plan Auditor: Grants the ability to approve plans as the Auditor.

Manager Approval: Grants the ability to approve plans as the Manager.

Configure Approval Settings: Grants the ability to configure whether plan are requires approval before publishing.
- Create/Update Plan: Grants ability to create and update plans from the plan’s Organization Details view.

Delete Records: Grants ability to delete any record.

Plan Contributor:

Grants the ability to add and edit records to each section of a plan.

Grants the ability to mark a section as completed.

Plan Manager:

Includes Plan Contributor functions.

Grants the ability to mark a section for inclusion.

Grants ability to publish a plan and then also reset the plan status.

Grants the ability to activate a plan.

Program Manager:

Includes Plan Contributor and Plan Manager functions.

Grants access to Employee List.

Grants access to Systemwide Information Services.

Grants access to Systemwide Vital Records.

Grants the ability to create new plans.

Grants the ability to edit initial plan details.

Grants the ability to send a template plan to Working.

Template Editor: Grants the ability to create a template and update all of its contents.

Click Save.
