Your profile
A collection of information that identifies and defines you in the solution. Your profile differs from your account, which is how you log in. contains basic, personal, contact The internal and external people that participate in, might be affected by, or need to be notified about an incident., consent, and other information.
At the top of the page, your image, name, contact information, and profile completion percentage appear. If you have not already uploaded an image, you can do so by clicking the image placeholder and uploading an image.
A red dot appears next to the profile sections that require attention.
Depending on the configuration of your solution, some of these tabs may look different or may not be available.
Basic Information
The Basic Information tab includes your email address, first and last name, system role Permissions assigned to accounts. Your role determines what you can view, modify, and manage in the application., and status, that are used to create and maintain your account Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution..

Your status controls access to the solution. If you are not a Client Admin, you have limited options for changing your status. For more information, see Account Statuses. |
Consent
The Consent tab contains any agreements that your organization requires for participation. Users must agree to the consent statements on this page to use the solution.
Personal Information
The Personal Information tab contains additional information about you that may be required by your organization to activate your account or assign you to positions.
Contact Information
The Contact Information tab allows you to enter additional email addresses, phone numbers, and any emergency contacts that you want to have associated with your profile.
