Advanced Search
With the new Advanced Search option, you can search for accounts Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. using conditional filters and partial words.
Accounts
These enhancements to the Accounts table streamline the process of managing accounts in the solution.

When you access the Accounts or Members pages for organizations
Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations. and groups Comprised of accounts with certain shared characteristics, such as role or location, but not necesarily employer., the table lists active accounts by default. You can clear the Active filter to view all accounts.

On the Accounts page, as a Client or Local Admin, you can use Add to Organization to add one, multiple, or all accounts to one or more organizations. Unless you filter or select accounts, all of them are added to the organizations.

On the Members page for organizations and groups, with the appropriate permissions, you can do these actions.

Click the row for an account to access its profile
A collection of information that identifies and defines you in the solution. Your profile differs from your account, which is how you log in.. -
Use Export All to export all accounts.

Announcements
As an administrator, you can use the new text editor to create formatted announcements A message displayed in the application to share general information or updates with users. with links to additional resources, such as folders in the File Library A respository for the files you want to store and share., websites, and registration forms.

In the mobile app, if you have Publisher
A user who creates and sends notifications. permissions, you can create and manage notifications An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox. using an updated workflow. -
On the new Active and Archived tabs, you can use whole words to search for files and folders.

With Modify access, you can archive and restore files and folders.

Now, you’re notified when a file or folder you watch is archived or restored.

As a Client Admin with access to the Settings page, you can now filter the settings based on whether they are the default or configured options.
