New Features

Last Names Displayed First

User names are now displayed with the last name first across the platform, including:

• Account Used to track and manage users. Improved Search Functionality

Search fields now use "contains" logic, making it easier to find partial matches. This update applies to:

• Account searches on the Accounts and User Directory pages.

• Member searches on the Groups and Organizations pages.

Cleaner Interface by Hiding Unnecessary Information

• Imported groups Comprised of accounts with certain shared characteristics, such as role or location, but not necesarily employer. are now hidden by default on the Groups page.

Increased Table Row Length

• Default table row length has been increased from 20 to 100 characters.

• This update applies to tables on the Accounts, Groups, Organizations, and File Library pages.

Enhancements

Notifications

• Displays the recipient count during the final review step.

• Allows file selection from the File Library.

• Adds bulk actions: Refresh, Mark as Read, Archive, and Restore in the Inbox and Inbox Archived tabs.

• Shows the name of the user who canceled the alert under Sent Messages.

Accounts

• Users with the appropriate roles can now edit other users’ profile photos.

• Added clarification message under the Groups tab that the groups displayed as the default do not contain filter-based groups Allows you to automatically group accounts that meet a filter's criteria..

Organizations

• Search functionality has been updated to return results only if at least three characters are entered.

User Directory

• Now shows Active accounts only.

File Library

• Added a File Size column to table views.

• Added ability to configure allowed file types.

Resolutions

• Improved loading and reloading speed on all pages.

• Optimized performance for large accounts and organizations.

• Resolved scheduled alert timing issues on the Notifications page.

• Resolved closure issues involving accounts without the ability to log in.

• Resolved an issue where additional unsubscribed messages were being sent to pagers.
