CORES HAN 6.9 Release Notes

New Features

Page-Level Help

Added page-level help icons to seven pages in CORES HAN to provide direct access to the help topics associated with these pages: Notifications , Accounts, User Directory, Groups, Organizations, File Library, and Reports.

Notifications

Added Type and Association columns to the Delivery table on the Sent tab, and provided additional filtering options.

Accounts

Added a Custom Export button under Export All for customizing how accounts Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. are exported.

Organizations

• The Copy Organization Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations. Link action has been added to the more iconin the Organizations table so administrators can help users join an organization quickly.

• Advanced editing capabilities have been added to the Description field when the Add Organization button is selected, including new support for adding URL links.

• Updated the Organizations Memberships table to display only Active and Accepted statuses when the Organization Status Indicates an account's standing within an organization. filter is selected.

Resolutions

• Resolved an issue where notifications An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox. that were already sent still appeared as “sending.”

• Resolved an issue where account exports failed if an emergency contact number was not provided.

• Resolved an issue where the Send Notification option in the User Directory A list of all users that have access to the application. was appearing for members who were not a part of an administrator’s organization.

• Resolved an issue where editing organization details failed for administrators if the organization was networked.

• Resolved an issue where the Internal Recipients field was not displaying the initially selected organization.

• Resolved an issue where system and client administrators couldn’t filter organizations when they shared access to a file.
