New Features

What's New Pop-up on the Home Page

With this release we're introducing a What's New pop-up on the home page. The pop-up introduces each release, links to the Release Notes, and provides videos that describe the new features. The pop-up displays automatically the first time you log in after a new release, but you can dismiss it by selecting Done or X or choose to display it at a later date by selecting Remind Me Later.

New User Directory Page

We added a new User Directory A list of all users that have access to the application. page that lets users find contact information quickly using simple and filter-based searches. The Juvare Support Center can configure the new page based on specific roles.

Account Import Template

For those who manage accounts Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution., the Account Import Template has been updated:

• Required fields are clearly marked.

• Empty values in the template are skipped instead of deleted. You can still delete information by adding the word [Delete] to a field in the template.

• New columns for Login Email, Account Role, Account Status Works with roles and permissions to determine the features you can access., and Organization Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations. Path can be entered and imported.

• The Import_Action column was removed. The import creates or updates accounts as necessary.

• Accounts with a closed status can still be imported.

Additionally, when importing using the template, the Account Import dialog has additional text for what to expect during the import process.

Enhancements

• Enhanced the File Library A respository for the files you want to store and share. to provide permissions inheritance down to the folder and file level. With this enhancement, the permissions you grant at the parent level can now be inherited down to the folders and files contained in that parent.

• Improved the user experience on the Select Organizations page.

• Updated the Notifications An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox. page to make the Sent Notifications tab more prominent.

• For those who can send notifications, the Quick Templates slideout on the home page now lets you re-order your pinned templates using a simple drag-and-drop function.

Resolutions

An issue where the recipient list for scheduled notifications was not being updated has been resolved.
