New Features

Notifications

Restructured alert An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox. emails to be ordered by body text, responses, and footer.

Accounts

• Enhanced the Memberships tab to allow more content to be added to Account Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. Profiles A collection of information that identifies and defines you in the solution. Your profile differs from your account, which is how you log in..

• Redesigned the Memberships tab to display only the organizations Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations. where a user is a member (enabled on a client-by-client basis).

Organizations

Updated roles to allow an administrator to configure an alert Sender as the “Application.”

Resolutions

• Resolved an issue where alert templates saved as drafts were disappearing from the lists of templates and pins.

• Resolved an issue where the sender name was not being pre-filled for Myself or Application when an alert was sent from the saved template.

• Resolved an Account Profile issue where the Groups Comprised of accounts with certain shared characteristics, such as role or location, but not necesarily employer. audit tag on the History tab wasn’t working.

• Resolved an issue where an account couldn’t be closed or deleted if it was missing in Juvare Login Services (JLS Juvare Login Service. An Identity and Access Management (IAM) system powered by Okta.).

• Resolved an issue where the groups filter wasn’t working if it contained a deleted organization.
