New Contact Role
A new role called Contact was introduced to allow you, if you have Publisher
A user who creates and sends notifications. permissions, to send notifications
An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox. to people that don’t require login access to CORES HAN.
Notifications
The process of managing notifications was redesigned to improve the user experience, accessibility, and workflow.
Now you can:

See you have new messages as soon as you log in, indicated by a red dot on the main menu next to Notifications.

Access sensitive notifications
Contains confidential or otherwise restricted information. by logging in or entering your PIN.
If you have Publisher permissions, you can:

Send sensitive notifications for PHIN
Public Health Information Network standards used for public health messaging. (Public Health Information Network) direct communications, which require recipients to log in or enter their PIN to access those notifications. -
Save Notification Summary and Delivery And Response reports for sent notifications to the File Library
A respository for the files you want to store and share.. -
Add Conference Bridge Numbers and Meeting IDs to notifications that allow recipients to quickly join meetings when responding to notifications.

Create groups
Comprised of accounts with certain shared characteristics, such as role or location, but not necesarily employer. based on recipients’ responses to notifications. -
Notify all active accounts
Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. by clicking Notify All. Alternatively, after you filter or select specific accounts, you can click Notify to message only those accounts. If you click Notify All after filtering or selecting specific accounts, your selections are ignored, and all accounts are notified. -
Filter accounts by standard and filter-based groups
Allows you to automatically group accounts that meet a filter's criteria. when sending notifications from the Accounts page.
File Library
The File Library was updated to improve its look and feel and to simplify navigation.
Enhancements include:

The new Watch feature, which is represented by an eye icon, that notifies you when a watched folder or file is checked in or out, or when the Name, the Summary, or the file path is updated.

The ability to upload ten files to a folder at one time.

An updated header that displays the Summary, Owner, Last Updated Date, and Access information when you click a file or folder.

Restrictions to ensure that:

Only accounts with access to the File Library can be selected to access files within it.

Files and folders are only visible to accounts with access.

Enhancements

A widget was added to the homepage that provides administrators with a count of pending memberships and a link that opens a list of pending memberships by organization
Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations.. -
When an account has reached its limit of organization memberships, a warning now displays to prevent you from adding more organizations.

Groups can now be viewed and managed from account profiles
A collection of information that identifies and defines you in the solution. Your profile differs from your account, which is how you log in.. -
On the Members page for groups, you can now use bulk actions to add and export accounts.
