Manage Sent Notifications

Sent notifications preserve details about a notification's composition and act as a repository for message and response data. The notifications you send are automatically retained on the Sent tab for your review. Sent notifications contain detailed information about delivery statuses and recipient responses, which allow you to better manage the notification and analyze delivery options for the future.

On the sent notification panel (when you click a sent notification), there are two tabs: the Message tab and the Delivery and Response tab. The Message tab provides mostly static information about the notification, including the name of the sender, message type, subject, recipients, email message, responses, and delivery order. The Delivery and Response tab provides dynamic information about the notification delivery and response. It also allows you to view and filter results by individual recipients and quickly send a follow-up notification.

To manage sent notifications

  1. On the main menu, select Notifications. The Notifications page opens.

  2. Click the Sent tab.
